About Sydney Kitchen Reno
Kitchen renovation support for Sydney homeowners from NSW-licensed renovators across the metro area, from Chatswood and Mosman through Parramatta, Liverpool and Cronulla.
A Sydney kitchen renovation network
Sydney Kitchen Reno is a curated network of NSW-licensed kitchen renovators (HIA / Master Builders accredited) serving Sydney homeowners. We review your kitchen brief and put forward the builder most likely to fit, and your builder does the work. There is no fee to you.
independent Builders hold their own NSW Fair Trading licence for the residential building work they carry out. Your builder provides their specific licence number, class, contract paperwork and insurance details in writing before you commit to the project.
Why this network exists
Sydney homeowners deserve a clean, honest way to find a kitchen renovator who fits their project size, style and timeline - whether that is a budget refresh, a mid-range full reno, a heritage or Federation rebuild, or a strata kitchen - without trawling Google ads or reading hundreds of confusingly-rated reviews. We review your brief and recommend the right builder. Your builder does the work, and you do not pay us to use the service.
How it works
It is the same for everyone. You submit the form. Within one business day, the independent builder best suited to your project reviews your details and sends you a tailored checklist. Your builder books a free 60-90 minute in-home consult at a time that suits you, then provides a fixed-price quote within five to ten working days under a HIA or Master Builders home building contract.
After handover your builder remains responsible for workmanship on the installed kitchen, plus any NSW home building compensation cover required for the job value. For work that needs that cover, the policy protects structural defects for up to 6 years and non-structural defects for 2 years, with the extra statutory claim period that applies under NSW law.
What you get from the network
- NSW-licensed builders. Every independent renovator holds a current NSW Fair Trading licence for home-building work above the $5,000 threshold.
- Free in-home design consult. Your builder visits, measures the kitchen and prepares a fixed-price quote. No fee to the homeowner for the consult.
- Fixed-price contracts. Quotes are issued on written home-building contracts that spell out scope, timing, payment stages and the variations process before work begins.
- Same-week response. Submit the form and the renovator best suited to the project brief responds within one business day.
